How to use CONQUER Deburring Chamfer Tool

1.SELECT PROPER TOOL MODE

Use a drill only. Do not use an impact or hammer drill. For effective deburring and chamfering ensure the tool is set to standard rotary drill mode.

2.SECURE THE WORKPIECE

Firmly clamp the workpiece. Clamp the workpiece securely in a vise or fixture to ensure precision and safety during deburring.

3.APPLY LUBRICANT

Lubricate the cutting area. Apply cutting oil on hardened steel or tough materials to reduce friction and extend tool life.

4.PERFORM DEBURRING/CHAMFERING

Chamfer clockwise only. Lightly engage the tool with steady speed and minimal pressure for clean burr removal.
