What is PPSU, and why is it better than standard plastic?

PPSU is a premium material used in hospitals commonly used for medical devices. Unlike standard PP plastic, it has extreme heat resistance, resists scratches to prevent bacterial growth, and will never warp, stain, or leach microplastics.
My cup is leaking from the straw. How do I fix it?

Check if the cross-cut (+) valve is torn. If it is intact, simply pinch the air valve on the silicone base 3–4 times after closing the lid. This equalizes internal pressure (especially from warm drinks) and instantly stops backflow.
What is the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 straws?

They share the same leak-proof valve and flow rate. Stage 1 is ultra-soft for sensitive baby gums. Stage 2 uses firmer, high-density silicone built to withstand biting and chewing from older toddlers.
Is the cup dishwasher safe? Which rack should I use?

Yes, it is top-rack dishwasher safe. Keep all parts away from the bottom heating element to protect the materials.
How do I wash the silicone straw without tearing it?

Separate the straw nipple from the tube. Insert your straw brush gently, and twist it side-to-side to clean. Never scrub the brush up and down vertically, as this may puncture the cross-cut valve and cause leaks.
