Compatibility

The mic connects to speakers, phones, tablets, laptops and desktops via compatible accessories (please refer to the compatibility chart in the A+ Content for details). For speakers, mixers, PA systems, a MIC IN port is required. Note: This unit has no Bluetooth function, cannot be used as headphones, and is not compatible with Bluetooth speakers under 15W.

No sound

1) Match failed. Please check the indicator light, the transmitter and receiver need to rematch if it keeps flashing. 2) The battery may be running out of power.Please fully charge before using. 3) The smartphones and tablet can't output the sound when you record. You can not listen to the real-time audio when you are recording even you use the headphone. When the recording is finished, you can use headphone to listen to the audio, keeping the splitter plugged in. Or unplug the splitter and use the phone's speaker to play audio. 4) If you use this wireless system on iPhone, please make sure that the adapter for lightning to 3.5mm must be original or purchased from Apple Store. Otherwise, there will be a problem that it cannot be ompatible with iPhone. 5) The microphone is not suitable for devices with less than 15W power. 6) Please turn up the volume level on the transmitter.

Howling/Noise

1) Please check the position of the speaker. Do not point the microphone directly at the speaker. 2) Try turning off the reverb and turning down the volume. 3) Please check if there is a strong magnetic field or sound waves or wireless interference. 4) The mic didn’t wear the windscreen foam. Please use the supplied windscreen foams, which can effectively minimize wind noise and and vocal plosives.

Charging

1) Please use the 5V, 1A-2A charger for charging. If the charging current lower than 1A (such as laptop USB), the charging time may become longer. 2) Turn off the transmitter and receiver when they are not using. 3) Please check if there are any abnormalities such as overheating. 4) If no other issues are present, the charging port has probably corroded from sweat. Wipe the charging port with alcohol, let it dry and then try charging again.
