What if the ebike arrived missing accessory or broken part?

Please take some photos of the defective parts to us, we will reply to you soon and send you the correct accessory or part replacement.

What should I pay special attention to when I ride this electric bike for adults?

1. To engage the motor, please use the pedal assist 1-2 or use the throttle gently.

2. When you are moving up or down in gears, always pedal at the same time.

3. Always wear a helmet when riding. Turn on the light when riding at night.

How far can I ride on a full charge with the electric bicycle?

The single range of this e bike can be up to 35 miles per charge on pedal-assist mode and around 20 miles on pure electric power mode. The actual result will be different due to the remaining battery, speed, load, climbing etc.

How do I keep the battery to make it last longer time?

1. Use the original battery charger.

2. When the battery power comes to 20%, try to fully charge the battery.

3.Charge the battery at least per one month. Store the battery separately from the electric mountain bike in a dry ventilated environment.
