  • Unlike traditional coatings that sit on the surface and can peel or trap moisture, RadonSeal absrobs deep into the concrete and works below the surface. It does not form a film, allowing the concrete to remain breathable.

  • Yes. When applied to a bare, porous surface, it absorbs into the concrete rather than forming a surface layer, allowing proper adhesion of paints, epoxy, levelers, and coatings.

  • • Poured Concrete: 175–225 sq. ft. per gallon

    • Concrete Block: 100–125 sq. ft. per gallon

    As a general guideline, a 1,000 sq. ft. poured concrete surface requires approximately 5 gallons. A 2.5-gallon container will cover about 500 sq. ft.
