Does the VGA port support high-resolution output?

Yes. The VGA port supports up to 1080p resolution. However, certain high-resolution settings (such as 4K) or specific output modes may temporarily disable the VGA signal. Adjust the output resolution to a compatible setting for proper display.
Can I use SDI, IPC, or PoE cameras with this DVR?

No, this DVR is not compatible with SDI, IPC, or PoE cameras. For the best experience, we recommend using ZOSI analog cameras with this DVR.
Can this DVR record audio in the monitored area?

Capturing audio depends on whether the connected camera has an audio function. Please ensure your camera model includes audio capability for sound recording.
What should I do if the DVR keeps restarting?

If the DVR experiences repeated rebooting, this is usually caused by a temporary system issue. Updating the DVR system firmware can resolve the issue.
Does the DVR require an internet connection to work?

No, the DVR can work without the internet for local recording and playback. However, an internet connection is required if you want to use remote viewing, mobile access, or receive motion alerts.
