Carepod Mini is ideally used in rooms that are around 350 square feet. We recommend using your humidifier in a room that is not too big or too small for its capacity, as this can lead to over-humidification or ineffective use.
How long will my Carepod Mini 21P run on a full tank?

Carepod Mini runs up to 20 hours on Mist Level 1 and up to 10 hours on the highest setting. Use the built-in timer to set it for 4 to 8 hours of continuous use.
What type of water should I use in my Carepod?

Use distilled or filtered water for best results. Tap water, especially hard water, may leave mineral deposits or white dust and affect performance.
How do I prevent the mist from collecting on the floor?

We recommend placing your Carepod on an elevated surface, like a table or stool, at least two feet off the floor. This will help the mist circulate properly and prevent it from accumulating on the floor. Using a lower mist setting can also help.
Why did my Carepod turn off even though there is still water remaining in the tank?

Once the water reaches a minimum level, Carepod will automatically shut off. Up to approximately 2 inches of water will remain to protect the self-floating oscillator wand from damage. If this occurs, refill Carepod with distilled or filtered water.
