  • TURBRO MS12 fan is compatible exclusively with TURBRO BP19 rechargeable battery pack. Please refrain from using other battery packs.

  • Our package includes a rechargeable battery pack along with a power supply charger. If you want extra battery packs for backup, please visit the TURBRO store or contact our support team.

  • This fan can also be powered by electricity. But we do not recommend using the misting function when plugged in for safety reasons. Please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.

  • Yes, this fan boasts IPX4 water resistance. Please ensure that the power supply jack waterproof cover, battery cover, and USB waterproof silicone cover are completely closed to prevent water from contacting the battery or entering the battery port.

  • First check if the misting nozzles are loose. If not, please unscrew the nozzles and disassemble them to see if there are any missing parts. You can see all the parts of the nozzles in the user manual.
